Now complete!  The 350 kW system is owned and perated by Nautilus Solar.  Inman Solar acted as the developer of this project, pairing Nautilus with building owner Stafford Properties and securing grants from Gaineville Regional Utility.

The building is receiving a new roof made of a "highly reflective" membrane that will match the 25+ year life of the solar energy system.

The new roof will save the tenants over $20,000 per year in cooling expense, and the building owner qualified for a $100,000 credit from the local utility in addition to the incentives on the solar system.  Give us a call to learn more about this project and the possibility of leasing your rooftop.
