Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the internal project team, vendors, and consultants.
• Procure equipment, materials, and sub-contracts. Supervise vendors during project delivery.
• Coordinate design with engineering and procurement specialists.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; supervise and prepare sub-contracts and purchase agreements.
• Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external customers. Serve as the primary point of contact with the client project team.
• Supervise the preparation of project documentation and required submittals to customers and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Create and track schedule and budget, and prepare a project plan.
• Communicate customer needs with the engineering team and participate in value engineering the project is based on contract requirements.
