Inman Solar is looking for an experienced on-site Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical installation. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting system issues. You will be supervising a crew of subcontractors, electricians, mechanical, fencing, and general labor on ground-mounted solar farms and acting as the point-of-contact with the customer.
To ensure success as a Construction Manager, you should exhibit strong leadership and planning skills and have sound knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems. A top-class Construction Manager will ensure that all the work done on site is completed on time and to code, requiring the installers to pay attention to detail and adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
